For customers who have placed an order, we assume you have read and agreed to the following terms.
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
• Orders are processed in 3–7 business days (does not include weekends).
• Packaging video add-ons may require additional time to film.
Shipping Time
• Canada: 3–12 business days depending on province
• USA: 5–15 business days
• International shipping varies by country
Address Accuracy
• Please make sure your address is correct before checking out.
• We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
• Orders returned to us due to wrong or incomplete addresses will require a new shipping fee to resend.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• Once shipped, delivery is handled by the courier.
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office first.
• We will assist with investigations, but we cannot refund orders marked as delivered.
Customs Fees (International Orders)
• Any customs or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All Sales Are Final
• Due to the mystery nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for preference, duplicates, or surprise contents.
Cancellations
• Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
• If you need to request a cancellation before shipping, please email us immediately. Approval is not guaranteed.
Damaged Items
• If an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with clear photos.
• We will replace the damaged item or offer store credit.
Wrong Address Provided
• Orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information at checkout are the buyer’s responsibility.
• A new shipping label must be purchased to resend returned orders.

One Box Per Order
• Multiple scoops will be packed into one box by default unless requested otherwise.
Order Confirmation
• Please check your order confirmation email to make sure your address and items are correct.
• Email us within 2 hours if something is wrong.
Packaging Videos
• Only orders that purchase the Packaging Video Add-On will be recorded and posted.
• Video orders may take longer to process depending on filming schedule.
